Waipa District Councillors have requested more information on the draft Public Places Bylaw, particularly regarding proposed changes to mobile trading, before making a decision. Group Manager Barry Bergin said these changes will be heard at the Strategic Planning and Policy committee meeting in October.
Changes to the Cemeteries Bylaw 2013 and draft Solid Waste Management and Minimisation Bylaw 2018 were adopted following consultation with the community in June. Read more here.
