Eltje's Journey

Eltje competed in road racing for Te Awamutu Sports Cycling Club for over 10yrs.  Everything changed on 5th March 2016 while out on a training ride.  She was found on the road by a passing motorist after a hit and run incident near Te Anga.  She was flown to Waikato Hospital where she arrived in the lowest level on the coma scaled from which people can recover.   Today, here exhausting rehabilitation and amazing resilience has seen her invited to ride for New Zealan...

Diversity survey highlights bullying and harassment in large organisations

New Zealand’s biggest businesses need to review the effectiveness of their bullying and harassment policies and processes. The April 2018 New Zealand Diversity Survey revealed that 95 per cent of large organisations have a formal policy or an initiative in place to address harassment in the workforce.
