Our Business after Hours (BaH) and Networking over Coffee (NoC) events are monthly opportunities for our members to mix, mingle and meet other business people, potential clients and new friends in a relaxed environment over drinks and canapes (BaH) or morning tea (NoC).

What to do when hosting a Cambridge Business Chamber Networking Event.
Choose and Book a Venue
If you are going to use your own premises, make sure you can accomodate at least 50 people. We have information on various venues in Cambridge - just request a list from us.
Arrange Catering
Remember to provide gluten free and vegetarian options. To help your budget, we suggest at least two food items and one and a half drinks per person. If you need suggestions for caterers, let us know.
Prepare your 10-minute Interactive Introduction
Make it fun and interesting. Profile your product, your staff and your philosophy - the more memorable your presentation, the better! If you need some ideas, please get in touch.
Market Your Event to Your Own Database
Invite your customers, clients, family and friends. We will provide you with links to your event page to include on your website and in emails.
Provide One or Two Prizes for a Business Card Draw
A good prize is something connected to your business to promote your brand and encourage referrals (but a box of chocolates is usually well received).
