Fair Pay Agreements- who gets a fair deal?

Plans to develop legislation for Fair Pay Agreements are underway (Newshub).

Understandably, the business community and employers have questions about what this legistalation will look like, who it will impact and how.

Chris Simpson, CEO of the Waikato Chamber, has worked hard to create a synopsis of the Working Group Report which was released at the end of January.

The Cambridge Chamber would be interested to hear your thoughts on FPAs and whether you feel they have the potential to impact your business or industry in a positive or a negative way.

The Waikato Chamber's synopsis of the report has kindly been made available to our Members for their reference: Download the synopsis below.
